Thanks for the link.

It still doesn't excuse Snowden's actions. No reason for Snowden to tell our adversaries how we engage in foreign SIGINT.

If the government doesn't want those methods revealed, maybe they shouldn't use them against their own citizens

Exactly. I'm not familiar enough with Snowden's actions to know if everything he did was justifiable - Petraeus should be rotting for a long time for his breach - but, clearly, some people in the NSA belong in prison.
