I'm switching to iPhone from Android today for reasons I'll post about later. One of the things I'm trying to figure out how to replace is the desktop texting client I've used for years now. It's WAY easier to text from a full keyboard versus a phone for obvious reasons. At one point I considered this switch but decided against it because I couldn't find a desktop texting client for iPhone that lets you send the message from the the computer. I'm looking for a MightText or AirDroid type of client. Is there something out there?

I've got one of these lying around somewhere if you want to borrow it.

I'll try to test this tonight, but here's one possibility. The ratings aren't that great though...

The answer is a hard no. Only capable from OS X. Don't download any app that claims to support it.
