I went to Beat Buy tonight just to see some of the Vizios in person. I was blown away by the LG OLED that was on display.

Has anyone on the board owned one or had much experience with them? I'm trying to decide if the extra cost of an OLED over a Vizio 4K 70" is worth it.

I'm also concerned about the colors and picture quality fading quickly given this is still a relatively new technology.

Wait. More manufacturers of OLED are coming soon and competition will be good.

Where are you hearing that? Everything I'm reading online says other manufacturers are at least 2-3 years behind LG.

Unfortunately, I'm putting plans together to remodel my living room and need to get an idea on size specifications. I don't have the luxury of waiting long to make a decision.
