Have any of you found a durable non-OEM cable for charging iphone 5?

I have bought a few off of ebay and they suck!

Or are the OEM the best quality out there?

Got some off dealnews and they work well. 2 for less than $10 I think a few months ago.

I have an Amazon Basics and it's pretty good. I'd say at least as good as OEM.

The $10 one from Bed Bath & Beyond has worked well for me. It's also like 4' long.

Look for Anker on Amazon, they put out codes all the time (check Slickdeals) for around $5/cable and work perfectly.

My Amazon Basics one has held up pretty well. On my Monoprice 12V car charger, the connector pulled away from the cable after about a year, but still charges for now. Will probably get another Amazon one again, now that I finally have a car with a USB port.

Amazon Basics have their quality screened by them. There are a lot of cheap overseas stuff that is low quality -- there are some fake iPhone chargers that are fire-hazards.

Anker just very well may be teaming up with Amazon to manufacture their Amazon basics line. Their stuff is good.
