We moved to Rockport in Nov of 2013. We chose Time Warner for TV, Phone and Internet since ATT-Uverse was not available here. We selected the Turbo Internet package and run a Mac with the Airport Backup/Wi-Fi as the router.
The problem is continued degradation of the Internet and phone service. The phone is an Internet phone. Lately the Internet has slowed down dramatically and the phone service is very poor. The phone service is so poor that calling Time Warner for service they have to call me back on my cell phone because the call quality is so poor, all the while telling me everything is OK.
1. Does anyone else in Rockport have TWC Internet; if so how is it working?
2. We now have Dish as our TV provider; does anyone in Rockport have Dish as his or her provider? If you have Dish Internet, are you satisfied with their service?
3. Anyone in Rockport have or can suggest the name of a quality computer bunch that can independently check out what might be wrong?
4. Anyone in Rockport use the ATT service?
