Ive played a few COD games, but can't see why folks keep buying the same game with new maps and tweaks to guns and loadouts every year.
Anyone seeing prices less than 65? I was surprised by the price w/o the dlc being that high for advanced warfare 2 but this time with different zombies. I'm kinda worn out on the 125$/yr in addition to the ps plus.

The question of the day is have they fixed the insane lag compensation problems that have been readily apparent on BO2 and AW.
I'm not paying for another COD that makes me feel like im always 1 step behind driving me insane. I enjoyed BO2 despite the annoyance, but AW was just garbage.

COD went to poop after they left World War 2. With the exception of MW1 and maybe MW2. I wish they would go back to World War 2.

Liking the multiplayer "specialist" class tie ins. Adds some variation, that lightning gun is sweet. The wall running adds some interesting map movement too.
I agree. The mobility isn't nearly as jarring here as it was in advanced warfare. The multiplayer feels great and balanced for the first time since blops2. I was afraid we would lose scorestreaks as well with the specialists, but glad to see they're back. Plus, with the abilities of the specialists make the gameplay more diverse than it has been. I'm really enjoying it so far.
I impulse bought this on PS4. Haven't played a COD since MW3. Do we have a TexAgs clan or anything? I won't be on with any regularity but would love to run with some Ags
Looks like this is getting very mediocre reviews. After you guys have put a few dozen hours in, update as to whether there's any reason to check it out. Right now I'm leaning heavily towards no. I'm assuming it's basically the same game with a new gimmick or two.

Only knock is I prefer hardcore and they have limited game options on multiplayer. Zombies feels intense and campaign mode is awesome so far.

Played one multiplayer match before bed last night. I generally like to play the campaign first, but it was still installing. I enjoyed it. I haven't played a COD game since MW3, though, so I'm not burnt out on the series or anything. I'm looking forward to the split screen co-op campaign.
I can't even log into the game... Not sure what the error code is, but the number at the top is 33.0.0.0. I've hard reset the system twice, I let it load over night...nothing works. What's up with this crappy online service??? Halo 5 works like a charm though.
I bought "the kids" (8 & 5 y/o girls) an XB1 last night and bundled it with AC: Unity, Forza 6, and CoD BO3.

I just installed the game tonight. the controller goes everywhere and is too sensitive. Also, the "A" button had to be pressed hard twice to accept game options and actions. Has anyone else seen this?
I played some of the campaign last night. Enough to get you through the introduction and initial training. I'm pretty impressed. They managed to introduce you to new gameplay elements in an interesting way, and the storyline seems much more interesting than earlier titles. I can't wait to play it coop with my wife.

I'm not sure it's not the controller. I will try another one next time and see. I'm a bit older for sure but I'm not too bad at these games when I have the time.
What platform Varian? I am on PS4 and want to give it a shot at some point
