What is the best way to get AT&T to remedy this?

Give AT&T $200 for a microcell.

They'll sometimes give you one if you call customer service and talk about switching. Or eBay one for less than $100 usually.

I picked up a microcell from AT&T corporate store (can't be franchise). Received free of charge with a one year agreement (contract on existing phone) that ran concurrently. I'm not a fan of AT&T but love the microcell.
Again must be a corporate store. Mall franchise would not offer the same deal.

I just went on AT&T.com, went to the chat section and said they sent me one for free.
