So my mom got me a Vizio for Christmas and we've used it for a few months without incident. We only use it to stream Netflix and Amazon instant video.

Today it started to buff the video while playing, then the tv just turns off. What is going on and how can I fix it?

Ok Netflix is working fine, but about 5 min in to any Amazon instant video selection and it restarts.
