Yes I know the game is very old and that EA Sports is no longer even making the title.. Still brings me a lot of enjoyment, though...
One thing that's always bothered me is that, to my knowledge, you can't assign your best DB to your opponent's best WR, can you? In Madden, there's an actual setting for it where you can ensure that your best DB is on their best WR no matter where he lines up.
Is there any way to do this in NCAA? Sure, the pre-play animation shows you what formation the offense is going in, and it shows you the numbers of the WRs so you'll know if their best guy is on the field, but it doesn't show you if he'll be outside, or in the slot, or which side, etc - therefore as far as I can tell, my ability to move my DB around pre-play by toggling to 'Flip CB' or "CB Inside' is a total guess crapshoot.
