IPhone question - switching phones

My screen on my iPhone 4s is cracked and i want to switch service to my wife's old iPhone 5 which is not in use (both are AT&T phones).

Probably a dumb question, but how do i go about doing this? AT&T store or Apple store?

You'll need to stop by an AT&T store to get a different size SIM card
