What a great "sorry we screwed up Halo" distraction!

I'll definitely have to try this game when I can. It looks pretty good.

Might want to note that it is only playable for the 24 hour period. Not saying it isn't still a good thing, just don't want anyone thinking they can download it now and play it later or something.

Yeah, I saw that. Just wanna get a taste and see if it is worth paying full price for.

If free play weekends become a thing on XBL, I am all for that.

They did it with Forza 5 earlier this year, now Sunset Overdrive.

Even if they can only do it with MS titles, still awesome.

Don't know if I'll actually partake though. I have a lot of unfinished games right now and I was planning on getting SO anyways once I'm done with Unity and Shadows of Mordor.

I read somewhere that the game can be a little slow getting into it, but once you power up and get familiar it's an absolute blast. FYI for those who only tinker with it for a short little bit.

Not sure I'll have time to play during this free trial, but this game is definitely on my backlog.
