The number one plus is the price. $350 off contract for a 64gb phone that has comparable specs to an S5. It's not waterproof and the are a few other features the s5 has, but overall the difference isn't huge.

This phone is just an awesome deal if you're looking to escape cell phone contracts.

I already have one and got sent another one randomly. It is an excellent phone and has worked quite well on Tmobile LTE. My biggest complaint is the positioning of the Volume and power buttons.

The buttons are located parallel and at the same height as each other, so while pressing the volume with one hand I have quite often turned the phone off.

For the price and the features, you cant beat it.
