Construction Project Manager
USSI is expanding the Project Management Departments which is instrumental to the success of the company.
Responsible for project scopes of work, developing and evaluating estimates, preparing quotations, project execution, change orders, cost approval, and project close out.
Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.
Collaborates with colleagues, customers, vendors, and subcontractors and directs processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and financial objectives.
Manages client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships and establishes clear communication.
Must possess technical skills to understand and interpret specifications and drawings, construction methods, and contract documents. Responsible for generating requests for information.
Responds to escalated project issues and coordinates solutions.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, meet multiple deadlines and work with minimal direct supervision
Reports to COO
Full-time position, in office attendance required.
Occasional overnight travel required.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook required. Competency in MS Project, Navisworks, and ACAD is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree preferred though relevant experience is highly considered.
Pre-engineered metal building experience is a plus
Midstream experience is beneficial for scale and scope of work as well as relating to customer base
7+ years' relevant experience preferred.
Salary commensurate with position and experience
