For fans of 80's/90's comedy, I remember him pretty clearly from that time frame. There were fewer channels overall at the time but also two dedicated comedy channels that player a lot of standup clips, I think that's how I saw him. Had a starring role in the Uncle Buck TV sitcom.

Anybody on the Louis CK mailing list probably saw this but I didn't see it posted here.

Yeah, the early days of Comedy Central ("comedy channel") I remember watching his standup a lot.

Prior to that self reflection he had put no thought into how parts of his body ended up in the bodies of other males.

Sometimes it is good to stop and reflect on yourself, introspection and self awareness can lead to happiness.
