their latest one, the hunt, was shown originally in november 2015 on BBC and was shown in july this past summer on bbcamerica.

There was one BBC series with a US version narrated by Sigourney, and a British one with Attenborough. I thought it was planet earth, but I'm not certain.

Planet Earth was narrated in the US by Weaver, I believe. She has a very calming voice when watching, which is nice but Attenborough is my fav tho.

How do they get some of that footage?

I think we take for granted what can be captured on film in nature, without disturbing nature itself...since we're becoming used to Hollywood re-creating it for us.

Some of the footage is incredible.
