It's not really a comedy, but imo, there's no better feel good movie than Rocky. I'll also add Babe. That will always put a smile on my face.

Same with the Futurama suggestion. Both shows had some of the most emotional episodes I've seen (see: "Jurassic Bark").

Agree re futurama but it was usually at least bittersweet.

For movies I absolutely love Jon Favreau's movie Chef. Just don't watch on an empty stomach.

If Babe is on tv, I always get stuck watching it for that scene.

A recent movie that came out with great reviews but most people don't know about is Hunt for the Wilderpeople. It's a New Zealand film starring Sam Neil and directing by Taika Waititi. I saw this the other day and thought it was great. A movie that has heart and comedy.
