Lots of great ones. Almost any scene in anchorman.

One that got me recently and its from a bad movie and I'm not sure why it hit me so hard.

The new vacation (I know, bad movie) - the scene where they are trying to get into the hot springs, the guy walks up and gives them directions and Russ says "hey, what's your pet rats name". And the dude has no idea a rat has been circling his upper torso for several minutes.

I can't explain why that struck me as so funny but I almost hyperventilated.
