Watching IP Man right now and all I can say is, badass! It's not over the top cheesy like the rest and follows and awesome plot. Not just an amazing martial arts movie, but a great one all together.

What are some more good ones??

If you want silliness and laughs, you gotta check out Kung Fu Hustle.

Otherwise, what has been said above. Drunken Master, Fearless, the Raid. 13 Assassins isn't really kung fu but it has some intense action. Supercop is a good Jackie Chan movie for stunts and such.

Iron Monkey, Hero and Crouching Tiger are all more wirework than kung fu, but they're great in their own ways. Good swordplay in the last two.

Oddly enough, I just watched both Ip Man and Forbidden Kingdom this weekend. The first one is great, the second one has elements of greatness but is not.

I'd add Fearless and Fist of Legend.
