Better than I was expecting, but still "meh" overall. I cannot imagine having to sit through a trilogy of this thing.

Book was ight. Don't really feel compelled to read the other books though.

I thought the book was pretty sucky so I plan on skipping this one.

A friend invited me to check it out this weekend, so I saw it yesterday. It was as if the movie's creator had just stood up after an episode of LOST and said "I can make something more mysterious, more twisty and more nonsensical than that!" It was definitely a movie with a lot of unnessesary intrigue and a semi-disappointing ending that just threw a bunch of questions at you in hope of bringing you back for a sequel.

That said, I did enjoy it as a decent matinee. Not a terrible way to pass a couple hours.

It was entertaining. Not the best movie, but not the worst either. I liked Lost.

Interesting.

Phantoms?

Was Ben Affleck in this movie? He was the bomb in Phantoms.
