She can't even control her children while she's having a serious conversation with the manager.

If my mom had this conversation with a manager, I'd have the fear of God in me that if I made a noise, that anger would be redirected at me.

And she just got mad at him for being hostile to her kids, then cursed? Blah. If you can't have kids in a public sphere without them being ridiculous, don't take them in public.

I don't know what went on before the video was filmed, but for the kids were not ill behaved at the beginning. They made kids noises. They were not screaming and yelling. But since this is the general board. Throw the mother to the gorilla pit and lock up the guns.
