Just remember that if you have facebook, myspace, twitter, etc., anyone who wants to find out information about you can do it. In the case of jurors it is just to find out about their views, opinions, things they like, what makes them tick, etc., but that info can be used by anyone for more sinister purposes, as well.

1. Sam Houston can expel her on the basis of her arrest for Assault, which I take to have been Misdemeanor level based on the tiny bond.
2. She may as well forget college. Right now she'll be treated like a leper on the Sam Houston campus. And if she does graduate, she'll have a rough time even getting a job flipping burgers. Potential employers know how to use Google, and you'd be amazed how quickly potential job candidates are eliminated by poor judgement on social media. That's also one of the leading causes of people getting fired in the 21st century.

The Constitution protects your right to speak your mind. It doesn't guarantee that people will approve of what you say.

She's living proof that people need to fart more. Thoughts like hers work their way up the spine to the brain and then to the keyboard and that's the end of the road.
