Hello, need a bit of help. A friend of mine was recently in a hit and run accident. Fortunately someone saw the incident and left a note with a plate number.

She went back to work out today and looked for the license plates just in case the perp came back. Sure enough the truck was there. Friend waited for the girl to come out and a confronted her about it. Girl denied it. Friend called the police. Still waiting to learn more details.
