Are you sure it's a cobra? I've been told there is a snake native to Texas that spreads it's neck like a cobra but is harmless.

I'm not normally one to think that having lots and lots of rules for stuff is necessarily a good thing, but if I lived in an apartment, and a high-rise apartment building in particular, I think I'd be ok with a "No Cobras" rule.
