Do they say how old the girls were? For all we know, they could've been older than him. Fondling girls while they're asleep is creepy and illegal, but I don't know that doing it at 14 years of age to girls your own age is "child molesting."

It may not be "child molesting" but it's definitely not in line with the standards they've set for their family and the holier-than-thou attitude Josh takes on the show. If the girls in question were his sisters, then isn't it automatically a crime regardless of age? Either way, his wife is a moron for having children with him if the girls involved were actually children and she knew about what happened.

The only way this isn't completely vile is if the girls were within a couple of years of his age and they got caught (consensually) making out or something and the parents blew it out of proportion. I love the Duggars, but Josh has always kinda given me a creepy vibe, so this doesn't shock me all that much.

I just read that. Tough to get through with all the redactions, but it's pretty clear the victims were living in the same home. His wife is beyond stupid if she thinks her daughters are safe with someone who would do that to his own sisters.

It's either three sisters, a cousin, and a third party or four sisters and a third party from the police report.

I think it is four and a third party, as the siblings all talk about homeschool at the beginnings of the interviews.

And based on responses you can tell some of them were fairly young

There are only five sisters who were old enough to have been victims. After them there were boys and the next girl wasn't born till 05. So basically he molested all of his sisters (at the time). Oldest sister was 12 or 13 and youngest was 5 or 6, though based on the interviews in the report it appears that the 12 or 13 year old was the one who wasn't a victim.

The only minor still involved would be the youngest sister at the time, who would have either been 4 or 5 when the abuse happened.
