I'm guessing your Beastie Boys knowledge spans only the A-sides of "License to Ill." Beastie Boys were one of the best, most creative groups of any genre in the last 30 years. punk/rock/hardcore/metal/rap - They did it all.

I've heard of floor riders but haven't heard his music, at least that I know of. I have no idea what fgl is. Most of the modern music I do know is from attending sporting events.

Definitely not their best work because it was before Scareface and Willie D but it's still a classic. I was very pleased to find it on vinyl.

RG1, I wasn't even aware of that album. I've got to think that it's super rare and worth quite a bit. Where did you find it? Nice find!

They had it at half priced books. I was pretty surprised because they have very little rap to say the least. Bushwick Bill was just a dancer and doesn't even rap the whole album. He does speak about 10-15 words on one song but that's it. Every once in a while you can find a old album there that you weren't expecting. Stuff like that is one of the reasons why vinyl is just so much more fun than other ways of listening to music.
