Trevas, I believe the point here is that most don't consider the majority of their work to be true country. More like hip hop with a little hillbilly twang. Hick hop if you will. And quite frankly, whether the country establishment accepts it or not, it sucks.

TRL, there's another Houston station I catch here in CS that isn't awful, don't recall the number. I can pull up about 10 stations within 2-3 button clicks on my radio, so I just cycle til one is playing something I can stand, and switch as necessary.
