I just had the guy (younger Aggie) I sold my tickets to for the MIzzou game (I'm out of town for the game) email me asking for a refund... Yes, I did sell them at above face value ($320/pair) and I sold them before the back-to-back losses against schools that don't have a full set of teeth amongst the team... But, it's not my fault that you decided to jump on the tickets when they were priced higher than they would be now. Supply and demand my young padawan... Supply and damand... Screw your buyer's remorse!!

Of course I told him no!! I'm in sales! Demand dictated the price at the time. I had a decent pair at a fair, market price compared to the rest of the market and now the prices are tanking and he's butthurt. Not my problem.

I would just let the ticket office know you are scalping tickets and see where it went from there.

Well, it couldn't hurt for the guy to ask. Always include "All sales are final, no refund" in ads or posts in the ticket exchange. At least that's what I'd put when I'm selling a&m tickets for big profit.

That's just plain stupid to ask for a refund because the team wasn't doing as well as he was expecting. I'd think people have some common sense. Guess I was wrong.

If you filled up your truck with gas on Monday for $3.20/gallon and by Friday the gas price is down to $2.95/gallon, are you going to go to the gas station and tell them you want a refund of $0.25/gallon that you purchased on Monday because it is now cheaper on Friday?

He wasn't a current student. If he couldn't afford it, he shouldn't have bought them. Also, he pulled up in a relatively new truck. I don't think he was financially strapped.

Should have been a good Ag and offered him a full refund.
