peppermint tea is ok, but menthol crystals are the ****.

Its like the difference between 3.2 beer and everclear. The first will work eventually but the second will knock you off your feet much quicker

im not sure where you get them in the US. I've always bought them in uk when visiting family. I know they sell them on amazon.
