Texas A&M conducted a moment of silence Saturday to honor Auburn guard Antoine Mason's father, who died earlier in the day after battling heart problems in recent weeks.

The Aggies also provided and embroidered black ribbons on Auburn's uniforms before an 80-55 victory against the Tigers in College Station.

The show of goodwill impressed Auburn coach Bruce Pearl.

"What a nice, classy group to have that moment of silence for Anthony and Antoine and the Mason family," Pearl said on Auburn's postgame radio show. "To take our uniforms and go ahead and get those pins embroidered, that's first class. It's just great to have Texas A&M part of that SEC family."
