How bad is it? You probably just need someone with a small tractor and a box blade or disc. Larry's Tractor Service came up with a quick google search. He has good reviews, although I have no personal experience with him. Someone like that would be where I would start.
How active are the hogs currently? You may want to ensure they have been absent for a while before spending the $ to chew up the soil and make the buffet even easier for them.
Howdy! I own Aggieland Dumpster Rentals and occasionally take on smaller tractor jobs like this. I've got a compact tractor with a box blade, disc and land plane that could smooth out and repair the area.
