My wife and I are selling our townhome at 109 Sumac Street in Lewisville.
We have really enjoyed the proximity to multiple restaurants, including being just seconds from Bendt Distilling Company and about a minute to the highly reviewed Sullivans BBQ. We are also within walking distance to a barber, coffee shop, and a great place for minor auto issues (Porter Tire and Auto). Being walking distance to the mechanic has come in clutch on more than one occasion as anyone who has dealt with car issues can tell you.
We are also about to change HOA Management companies now that the HOA is shifting to homeowner control, and the rates will be sure to go down, as there is minimal common area in the neighborhood.
